Product description

The Exxentric Decline Board is prominent among physiotherapists or anyone recovering from an injury to their knee, calf or heel. More specifically it can facilitate your recuperation from patellar tendonitis, which is commonly known as Jumper’s Knee.

The angular surface of the Decline Board allows users to perform decline squats, which increases the patellar tendon output. Moreover the elevated flat surface is great for facilitating calf training on the kBox4.

Features:
The angular surface of the Decline Board allows users to stand at up to a 25 degree angle when performing decline squats. The markings on the rubber surface indicate heel placement for 20, 15 & 10 degrees contra the kBox4 surface. The recommended angle at the knee joint for these squats is 70 degrees.

The Exxentric Decline Board is aluminium based with recycled eco-friendly rubber mats covering its surface. It is designed to be very sturdy and stable, while weighing only 3.5 kg.
